EF Johnson Ranger I

This Ranger came from Ebay. It is in nice, nearly original, unmolested condition. It is a factory-wired example which is a plus. The original Johnson microphone plug had been replaced by a 1/4" plug; the original has been re-installed. The only intended mod is a PTT relay board from D-Lab (N6TLU). It does work on all bands , but power output is low. Also, there is a slight ripple in the signal which indicates the need for new filter capacitors.
This photo was taken the day it was delevered. Most of the white indicators in the knobs were missing and were soon replaced. I may do a light airbrush restoration on the outer edges of the front panel.
