This National NC-303 is another barn find. The usual capacitors have been replaced; however, it still had problems. One of the issues was the "S" meter would violently peg at zero when the receiver was not in CW mode, and it provided no indication for signals. The 12AT7 meter amplifer tube had been replaced by a 12AU7 which was the problem. It does work now but needs a little more TLC and an alignment to be excellent. It is a continuing project.
It also has the VHF converter box for 6 meters, 2 meters and 1-1/4 meters.
